KoKo's is a cozy café perched right on the mountain in Frisco, offering a convenient spot to pause during a day of skiing or outdoor adventure. The vibe here is casual and approachable, with a small but lively space that can fill up quickly, especially during the peak midday rush when skiers swarm in looking for a break.

The outdoor seating area is a standout when the weather cooperates, providing a chance to soak up the crisp mountain air along with views that are hard to beat for a quick lunch stop. Locals and visitors alike appreciate the friendly staff and the relaxed hangout feel, making it less of a rushed pit stop and more a place to actually unwind, even if just briefly.

Prices lean toward the higher side, which feels consistent with the convenience of being right on or near ski slopes where options are limited. While some find it a bit pricey for certain items, the trade-off is the ability to enjoy a proper meal or snack without packing up and leaving the mountain’s flow. This makes KoKo’s especially popular with skiers and winter visitors who want to refuel without straying far from the action.

Best times to visit are typically during sunny, mild days when the outdoor seating is usable, or mid-morning to early afternoon before the main lunch crowd arrives. It draws a mix of locals accustomed to the mountain rhythm and travelers who appreciate its no-frills but personable approach to cafe dining.

Love, love KoKo's!!! Great food, great service, and great group of people working there. We make it a point to ski across to get to KoKo's for lunch.

Good place to get a break while skiing. Sort of expensive.

Kinda expensive as expected, but it’s really convenient because where else are you gonna get a nice meal, you’re on top of a damn mountain.

The place is not bad. I could see how it would get cramped really fast. The prices are over the top. A 16oz powerade is almost six dollars.
